External House Washing
Your house is subject to all elements of the weather 365 days a year. House washing will remove visible soils from the walls, eaves, gutters and fascia, and leave your house looking as good as it can.
As well as improving the visual appearance of your asset, it removes the insects and their eggs, cobwebs and excrement, road dust, mould and soil buildup. Weatherboard style homes tend to show the dirt more than brick and rendered surfaces, but all houses should be washed occasionally. A house wash should also be done immediately prior to repainting the house.
The house is washed one section at a time, using a soft-washing process. Anti-mould chemical is pre-applied where mould and mildew is present. Hi-pressure is not used on the timber and painted surfaces.
Roof areas and pathways are not included in house washing, but can be quoted seperately.
